I am looking to barter, We can barter Labor only or Labor and Material, (your choice) Needing a supporting beam installed into a 18 FT wall. BEAM must be recessed so the beam is in the attic. We do not want the beam exposed at all or nor more than 6 inches at Most and then cased in. This house is a brick ranch with a full basement. It has an large access door outside in the gable. I have a truck and a trailer to go and pick up the beam needed. I have a dump trailer for you to throw all the old/bad tear out sheet rock into. AND i’m going to burn any old tear-out wood. Provide me a written estimate to do the job. I will provide you a written Item list of trade / barter. If your reading this and you have a beam or LDL that will work for this Job scope then I would like to barter for the beam. REQUIREMENTS: you must have done this at least 6 times prior to this one.
